Submission to Senate Enquiry into EPBC Act Offsets

Senate Inquiry

Despite the challenges, Australia is still a great democracy. To celebrate, I made a submission into the Australian Senate Inquiry into Environmental Offsets under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. I faced some time pressure (nothing new there), and so I wish there were fewer typos, and more points made. Nonetheless, I’m pleased to have had my say. Next up, the¬†House of Reps Inquiry into streamlining environmental regulation, ‘green tape’, and one stop shops,¬†due on 30 April. What would you say to that one?
