Submission to Senate Enquiry into EPBC Act Offsets

Senate Inquiry

Despite the challenges, Australia is still a great democracy. To celebrate, I made a submission into the Australian Senate Inquiry into Environmental Offsets under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. I faced some time pressure (nothing new there), and so I wish there were fewer typos, and more points made. Nonetheless, I’m pleased to have had my say. Next up, the House of Reps Inquiry into streamlining environmental regulation, ‘green tape’, and one stop shopsdue on 30 April. What would you say to that one?
